If you are looking for motivation to start training or a just new way to challenge yourself and boost your energy, join us at Orangetheory Fitness. You’ll find us in Vaughn, Ontario, near the intersection of Rutherford Road and Highway 38. We provide a scientifically backed approach to interval training that will burn calories. Our studio makes it easy for stay-at-home moms, working professionals, and everyone in between to get a workout in.


The focus of Orangetheory is to keep your heart rate elevated through interval exercises over a 60-minute period. We’ll rotate you through three unique workout sections that each feature a dozen distinct stations. You’ll focus on strength, power, and endurance, and we’ll monitor your heart rate throughout so that you know exactly how hard you’re pushing yourself and how much you’ve improved.


You’re never on your own. You have an entire class to motivate you and an enthusiastic trainer who’ll coach you and challenge you as needed. Our coaches will also discuss your goals with you and help you modify exercises to your specific needs.


Orangetheory workouts are suitable for pretty much anyone. If you’re an athlete, our approach can diversify your cross-training and give you that extra boost you need. If you’re a beginner, we’ll ease you in and help you set and attain your fitness goals.


Our location in Vaughn, ON, offers a free class to local residents who visit us for the first time. We have pricing and packages for everyone. HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
